Shipping Policy
We proudly offer both domestic and international shipping on all cosmetic bags sold through ariesmorley.com.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note that all delivery estimates are approximate. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather delays, carrier limitations, or customs inspections. We are not responsible for any delays that are beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping is offered on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly. Aries Morley is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your cosmetic bag, we gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- All tags, inserts, and protective packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Please contact us at customercare@ariesmorley.com to initiate a return or exchange. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Email us your request with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- If the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Cosmetic bags that show signs of use, stains, or damage
- Final sale items or promotional items
- Customized or monogrammed products
Cancellations and Order Modifications
Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed automatically and cannot be altered.
