Exchanges Policy

At Aries Morley, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you expected — whether due to color, size, style, or functionality. That’s why we offer a flexible and customer-friendly exchange policy to ensure you get the perfect cosmetic bag for your needs.


Eligibility for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, with all labels, tags, and protective material intact.
  • The item must not be a final sale, clearance, or personalized/customized product.
  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

If the product shows visible signs of use, has been altered, or returned without its original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the exchange or offer only a partial exchange.


How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at customercare@ariesmorley.com with the subject line “Exchange Request – Order # YourOrderNumber “.
  2. In your message, include the reason for your exchange, the product you wish to exchange, and the item you would like instead.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your original item and how your new item will be shipped.

Please do not send items back to us without first receiving exchange approval via email.


Exchange Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a defective item, incorrect product, or mistake on our part, we will cover all shipping costs involved in the exchange.
  • If you are exchanging an item for reasons such as a change of mind, color preference, or size, you will be responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Aries Morley will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Processing Time

Once your exchange item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your exchange. If approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for international shipments or during high-volume seasons.


Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If the item you requested in exchange is no longer available or out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer one of the following options:

  • A similar product of equal value
  • Store credit in the amount of your original item
  • A full refund (depending on the circumstances)

Limitations

  • Exchanges are limited to one per order, unless otherwise approved by our support team.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Exchangeable are not eligible for any exchange or return.
